Celebrate Christmas dinner a little differently with Chef Fe of The FE-Nomenal Experience. Discover techniques for tender bacon-wrapped filet mignon, creamy peppercorn sauce, beautifully piped Duchess potatoes and an elegant holiday dessert. Enjoy a festive restaurant-worthy menu and take home inspiration for your holiday table.

Menu Includes:

• Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms with Garlic-Herb Butter
• Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon with Creamy Peppercorn Sauce, Garlic-Parmesan Duchess Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus
• White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake Cups with Gingersnap Crumble

Chilled water will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own beverage; wine glasses are available. Please do not bring hard liquor.

Class reservations are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend, call the shop as early as possible with the name of your replacement guest. If you cannot find someone and there is a waitlist, we will try to fill your seat. If successful, your class fee will be applied to a future class.
