There’s something special about gathering with friends, sharing favorite finds, and welcoming a new season together! Join us at The Prepared Table for A Winter’s Welcome: Gather & Exchange, a cozy afternoon of swapping, sipping, and celebrating the little things that make the winter season so wonderful.

Inspired by our Summer Swap, this seasonal gathering is all about discovering new favorites and sharing a few of your own. Each guest will bring 12 identical items of something they love to share with the group. Think favorite kitchen essentials, cozy comforts, seasonal treats, self-care goodies, or little luxuries that make everyday life feel special. The possibilities are endless, and part of the fun is seeing what everyone brings!

During the swap, we'll enjoy a delicious assortment of seasonal crostini and savory nibbles, along with a festive party punch. It's the perfect opportunity to slow down, connect with friends, meet new faces, and leave with a collection of thoughtful surprises to enjoy throughout the season.

How It Works:

• Bring 12 identical items of something you love and want to share.
• Your items can be homemade, store-bought, practical, indulgent, or simply something that brings you joy.
• We'll gather, mingle, and exchange our favorites so everyone leaves with 12 special finds.
• Enjoy seasonal bites, festive punch, and a fun afternoon together!

Whether you're coming with friends or joining us solo, you'll leave with a bag full of new favorites, a little winter inspiration, and the joy of sharing something special.

Your Afternoon Includes:

Come ready to gather, share, and welcome the season with us. After all, the best things are even better when shared!

We will have chilled water for you during the event; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our events are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class or event.
