There is something wonderfully exciting about the energy and flavors of a Bangkok night market. Join Chef Siri of Seri-ously Thai for an evening inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Thailand, where bold flavors, fragrant herbs, and comforting dishes come together for a delicious culinary experience.

We'll begin with two beloved Thai favorites, Steamed Dumplings and Chicken Satay served with a flavorful peanut sauce. For the main course, Chef Siri will demonstrate how to prepare Pad Thai with Shrimp, sharing techniques for balancing the signature sweet, savory, tangy, and slightly spicy flavors that make this iconic dish so beloved.

We'll finish the evening with a delicious traditional Thai dessert, offering the perfect sweet ending to our Bangkok-inspired feast.

Throughout the class, Chef Siri will share tips, techniques, and insights into Thai ingredients and cooking traditions while showing you how to bring the vibrant flavors of a Bangkok night market into your own kitchen.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
