There is something especially satisfying about turning sourdough discard into something delicious. In this hands on class, we'll explore the versatility of sourdough discard through a collection of comforting breakfast favorites that are perfect for slow mornings, weekend gatherings, and sharing with family and friends.

You'll learn how to transform discard into tender tortillas for flavorful Breakfast Tacos, savory Cheddar & Chive Scones, and soft, warmly spiced Cinnamon Muffins. Along the way, we'll share practical tips for working with sourdough discard to get the most flavor and texture from every bake.

Whether you're new to sourdough or looking for creative ways to use the discard from your starter, this class will give you plenty of inspiration for putting it to delicious use.

Come ready to bake, taste, and discover just how delicious your sourdough discard can be.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
