Nothing says fall quite like the warm aroma of cinnamon rolls fresh from the oven. Join us for a cozy hands on baking experience where we'll put a seasonal twist on a classic favorite by shaping our cinnamon rolls into adorable little pumpkins.

We'll walk through the process of making cinnamon rolls completely from scratch using freshly milled flour, from mixing and developing a strong dough to filling, shaping, and baking. Along the way, you'll learn the fundamentals of working with yeast dough and gain techniques that can be applied to many other types of bread.

You'll have the opportunity to get hands on throughout the process while enjoying freshly baked cinnamon rolls during class. Before heading home, you'll also receive freshly milled flour to continue your baking adventure in your own kitchen.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
