There is something wonderfully comforting about the flavors of fall, especially when they come together with a touch of elegance. Join us for an evening celebrating the rich, warm flavors of the season, where savory ingredients, fragrant spices, and a little truffle luxury create a memorable autumn meal.

We'll begin with Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts topped with a Maple Dijon Glaze and Candied Bacon, bringing together crisp, savory, sweet, and smoky flavors in every bite. For the main course, you'll enjoy Creamy Pumpkin Pasta with garlic, Parmesan, sage, and Black Truffle, a rich and velvety dish that highlights the comforting flavors of fall while adding an elegant touch.

We'll finish the evening with Chai Spiced Apple Bread Pudding drizzled with Vanilla Caramel, combining warm autumn spices, tender apples, and a rich caramel finish for the perfect seasonal dessert.

Throughout the class, you'll explore techniques for balancing sweet and savory flavors, building rich and creamy sauces, and incorporating seasonal ingredients and warming spices into your cooking.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
