There is something irresistible about the combination of sweet honey, bold spices, and comforting Southern favorites. Join us for an evening celebrating the flavors of Southern home cooking, where a little heat, a touch of sweetness, and plenty of comfort come together around the table.

We'll begin with Crispy Hot Honey Corn Fritters served with Cajun Ranch, bringing together golden crunch, a hint of spice, and a cool, creamy dip. For the main course, you'll enjoy Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops paired with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Butter Green Beans, creating a hearty and flavorful meal that feels right at home on a Southern supper table.

We'll finish the evening with a Brown Sugar Pecan Apple Cobbler topped with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream. Filled with warm apples, toasted pecans, and cozy fall flavors, this classic inspired dessert is the perfect sweet ending to our Southern supper.

Throughout the class, you'll explore techniques for balancing sweet and savory flavors, creating flavorful glazes, and bringing comforting seasonal dishes together for a meal worth sharing.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
