As the weather cools and autumn settles in, there is nothing quite like a steaming bowl of pho to warm you from the inside out. Join us for a cozy evening inspired by the comforting flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, where fragrant broth, fresh ingredients, and aromatic spices come together for a delicious meal.

We’ll begin with Crispy Spring Rolls, a crunchy and flavorful starter that sets the stage for the evening. Next, enjoy a comforting bowl of Beef Pho, featuring tender beef, rice noodles, and a fragrant broth infused with warming spices and traditional aromatics. We’ll finish with a sweet treat to round out this cozy, flavorful experience.

Throughout the class, you’ll explore the ingredients and techniques that give pho its signature depth of flavor, learn about the aromatic spices that build its fragrant broth, and discover how fresh herbs and traditional accompaniments bring each bowl to life.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
