There is something special about gathering around the table as summer gives way to fall. Southern Harvest Supper celebrates the flavors of the season with a menu filled with warm spices, orchard fruits, savory Southern ingredients, and comforting dishes made for sharing.

We'll begin with Whipped Goat Cheese Crostini topped with caramelized pear, country ham, hot honey, and fresh thyme, bringing together sweet, savory, and tangy flavors in one delicious bite. For the main course, you'll enjoy cider-brined pork tenderloin with a rich Bourbon Dijon pan sauce, served alongside roasted garlic whipped potatoes and charred green beans. We'll finish the evening with a Brown Butter Apple Upside Down Cake, topped with salted bourbon caramel and vanilla bean ice cream for a decadent taste of autumn.

Throughout the class, you'll explore techniques for building layers of flavor, creating flavorful pan sauces, working with seasonal produce, and bringing the warmth of Southern hospitality to your own table.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
