Bold spices, rich sauces, and Southern comfort come together in this flavorful evening inspired by the food and spirit of the Bayou. Join us for a menu that brings together classic Cajun and Creole flavors with a few delicious twists.

We'll begin with Crispy Cajun Corn Fritters served with a bright and flavorful Creole Remoulade. For the main course, you'll enjoy Blackened Chicken topped with a Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce and served alongside creamy Smoked Gouda Grits. The combination of smoky spice, rich sauce, and comforting Southern flavors makes this a meal that is sure to satisfy.

We'll finish the evening with warm Banana Fritters drizzled with a Brown Sugar Rum Style Caramel Sauce for a sweet and indulgent Southern-inspired dessert.

Throughout the class, you'll learn techniques for building bold Cajun and Creole flavors, creating flavorful sauces, and bringing restaurant-worthy Southern dishes to your own kitchen.

We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
